Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (Hire to Retire), ensuring data accuracy and compliance in SAP/ERP systems
• Support recruitment activities (requisition validation, intake calls, job postings, internal & external hiring)
• Administer learning & development processes (LMS, training coordination, certification tracking)
• Execute pre- and post-payroll tasks (data validation, reconciliations, payroll checks) and monitor Time & Attendance
• Prepare HR reports, support audits, and collaborate with stakeholders while ensuring SLA/KPI compliance

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Admin / Payroll / SSC
• Fluent French or German (C1) and communicative English
• Strong knowledge of German labour law (manufacturing/industrial sector is a plus)
• Experience with SAP (time management & reporting) and MS Office (advanced Excel, PowerPoint)
• PeopleSoft experience and audit exposure as additional advantages
• Detail-oriented, customer-focused, with a process-driven mindset
