A senior P2P (Procure-to-Pay) Manager is sought for a high-impact transformation program within a global finance competency. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic enterprise-level initiatives, working with global stakeholders and implementing leading-edge procurement and finance solutions.
Your responsibilities
Lead end-to-end P2P transformation initiatives across assessment, design, and implementation phases.
Define and deliver best-in-class P2P process frameworks, policies, and internal controls.
Drive process optimization based on client objectives and industry-leading practices.
Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, IT, and Shared Services teams across multiple geographies.
Support technology enablement and deployment of P2P solutions such as: SAP ECC / S/4HANA (MM, FI); OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) or comparable tools; Procurement platforms including SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua
Facilitate workshops, capture business requirements, and steer implementation teams.
Provide subject matter expertise across supplier onboarding, purchase order compliance, invoice matching, workflow automation, and payment control mechanisms.
Our requirements
10+ years of demonstrated experience in Procure-to-Pay process design and execution.
5+ years in a leadership or managerial capacity within transformation programs.
Deep functional knowledge of the full P2P lifecycle: sourcing, purchasing, invoicing, and payments.
Strong, hands-on project delivery experience with platforms such as SAP (mandatory), VIM, Oracle, or other P2P systems.
Familiarity with global operating models and complex client landscapes.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Fluency in English and Polish (both spoken and written).
