Obowiązki

• Safety & Compliance: Ensure total environmental and safety compliance by strictly respecting equipment rules and mitigating risks across all project phases.

• Project & Budget Management: Lead process engineering schedules, manage project budgets, and coordinate cross-functional contributors from Purchasing, Quality, and Technical departments.

• Process Selection & Design: Benchmark new manufacturing technologies, define process flows/assembly drawings, and support "make or buy" decision-making.

• Design Optimization & Risk Analysis: Challenge R&D on product manufacturability using DFM/DFA methodologies, and drive risk mitigation via P-FMEA and Control Plans.

• Prototyping & Validation: Write specifications for prototype equipment, manage procurement, oversee assembly, and lead the validation of new processes and products.

• Standardization & Innovation: Support P1 projects and new brick developments in the protoshop by writing, updating, and archiving global process standards.

Wymagania

• Technical Skills: Strong mechanical engineering background with specific knowledge of screwing/fastening processes.

• Methodology: Expertise in automotive/manufacturing quality tools (FMEA, P-FMEA, Control Plans, DFM/DFA).

• Autonomy: Highly self-driven and capable of managing advanced development projects in a protoshop environment independently.

• Languages: Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).

• Ability to travel: Ability to travel globally 3–4 times per year (up to 10 days per trip).
