Ensure customer satisfaction by managing sales orders, processing customer claims and collecting overdue payments.
Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery to customers
Resolve customer queries and claims or complaints in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain prices and pricing conditions according to rules and procedures
Process rebate reports and issue credit notes according to customer agreements
Continuously improve customer experience through effective communication and problem solving skills
Ensure update and maintenance of country Desktop Procedures, Supporting Documents and Standard Operating Procedures

Oferujemy
Fluent Greek and English (min C1)
Solid customer service experience, preferably in the health sector (min. 1 year)
Strong customer orientation
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Structured person with the ability to prioritize and analytical skills
Ability to work in a team.
Knowledge of the SAP SD module.
Advanced knowledge of the MS Office package
