YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Processing documentation and entering information into the database
• Providing support to existing Customers via email and telephone (cases related to invoices, orders, payments, loyalty cards, procedures)
• Entering orders into computer system
• Providing Clients with clear solutions and information

EXPECTATIONS:

• Very good level of English & French
• Experience in customer service or Order Management
• Analytical mind
• Practical Knowledge of SAP or Salesforce system
