Process rebate reports and issue credit notes according to customer agreements

Ensure update and maintenance of country Desktop Procedures, Supporting Documents and Standard Operating Procedures
Adhere to SLA and KPI targets
Wymagania
Fluent English and German
Good communication skills

Knowledge of SAP
Knowledge of any kind of ticketing tools such as SSF, ServiceNow or Saleforce
