At the Engineering Competence Center, we carry out services and projects for the automotive, rail and oil & gas sectors, among others. Specialized teams of engineers work within project groups and competence groups, whose activities we manage. We also implement training and certification programs as part of improving the engineering competence of our consultants.
Work model:
- On-site - work from an office located in Starachowice
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Tracking specific customer orders as a representative of the local sales organization within the factory from nomination until customer delivery
- Supporting on-time delivery based on initial planning, aligning with customer requirements
- Cross-functional coordination and reporting of customer and delivery relevant disturbances to the respective industrial teams within the internal organization
- Implementing action plans and top management decisions across sites and functions
- Ensuring the achievement of sales KPIs in collaboration with local sales representatives and Country Management.
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- Bachelors degree in engineering, business administration, or similar fields
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Good command of MS Office programs, especially PPT, Outlook, Excel, and Teams
- Advanced communication skills in English (business fluent) and German (is an advantage)
- Presentation skills with a creative and innovative approach
- Strong understanding of business financials and controlling processes
- Skilled in managing complex work packages efficiently
- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel
