Order Management Specialist with French

Your responsibilities

• Managing sales orders for the assigned markets.
• Order management in SAP according to specific country requirements, including sales & consignment orders, free of charge deliveries, returns.
• Manual invoicing / credit & debit notes issue.
• Regular management of open order portfolio to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Updating relevant information in the systems (regarding orders, deliveries, etc.).
• Close cooperation with various internal departments.

Our requirements

• Experience in customer service or similar would be an asset.
• University degree.
• Very good English language skills (B2/C1).
• Good French language skills (B1/B2).
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience in the SAP environment would be an asset.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid mode (40% from the office, 60% from home).
