For our client in the BPO/SSC industry, we are currently looking for talented individuals with language skills, ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.
Order coordination specialist with French language - remote work

Key responsibilities:
- Processing changes, price sheets and preparing quotes, etc.
- Creating training programs and other documents
- Creating work instructions
- Supporting the team in other tasks
- Handling instant messaging chat, phone, email, teams
- Suggesting improvements
- Cooperation with other people in the company/department
Requirements:
- English language skills required
- Knowledge of French required
- level of both languages, cannot be lower than b2
- Availability to work Monday through Friday (full time)
- At least one year work experience in customer service in terms of order processing
- Knowledge of SAP/Salesforce software - an added advantage
- Education in the field will be an added advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word programs
