Our European Business Support Center (EBSC) is seeking candidates for the Warsaw office: Operations Specialist with Norwegian.

EBSC has taken over operations from Marsh Europe to let colleagues focus directly on clients. Our daily work aims for efficiency, high quality and outstanding results delivered in a timely manner. Our scope of service includes policy management, claims, procurement, data management, billing, sales support activities and other tasks. We stay connected to the business and colleagues across Europe as part of Marsh value proposition for multinational clients.

We will count on you to:

• Use your foreign language capabilities to handle documentation received from the insurance brokers
• Use your attention-to-detail skills for data entry in internal systems
• Share ideas to identify opportunities for improvements
• Communicate with stakeholders

What you need to have

• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Norwegian (B2)
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• 1 year of professional experience

• Previous experience in the insurance sector and/or SSC and/or customer service
• Ability to build relationships with colleagues
• Open-minded with fast learning capabilities
• Strong oral and written communication skills
