OPERATIONS MANAGER (K/M)

Obowiązki

• Operational management in a manufacturing company covering all operational departments
• Responsible for all operational processes (production, logistics, quality, maintenance, production engineering, safety,…) processes, cost and efficiency optimization
• Team management and development, setting short- and long-term goals and motivating employees
• Monitoring operational costs. Responsible for all operational costs in the budget, forecasts and long-term plans
• Implementation of new technologies and processes: Proposing and implementing innovations in production and logistics, based on a sound business case (payback calculations)
• Strategy and development: Cooperation with the CEO and all members of the Management Team, in the development and implementation of the company development strategy
• Cooperation with the management board: Regular reporting of business results to the company's management board, recommending strategic decisions
• Organizational culture: Building and maintaining an organizational culture that supports efficiency, commitment, transparency, and innovation

Wymagania

• Experience in an operational management role in a (metal) production environment
• Experience in leading an excellent operational company
• Speaking, reading and writing in English
• Good knowledge of Excel and ERP, SAP preferred
• Dynamic, motivated personality
• People management, teamwork and open communication skills
• A sense for improvement, constant search for better solutions
