Operations Finance Manager

We are looking for Operations Finance Manager to join our client in Warsaw and oversee finance and accounting processes.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the accounting teams across different regions
- Create and implement efficient processes for the team39s responsibilities
- Engage in the integration of existing and new accounting systems and processes.
- Execute key month-end close activities
- Monitor audit schedules and collaborate directly with external auditors
- Executing internal control activities and SOX Control
Required Qualifications
- Experience with SAP
- Proficiency in English
- Bachelor39s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with over 8 years of experience
- Experience in people management
- Knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP
