For a client in the iGaming industry, Im looking for a well-organized, energetic person who feels comfortable juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.


Joining the organization as an Office Manager/PA and part of the People team, you will manage the daily operations of the office (70%) and support the executive team (30%).


Here’s what youll be doing day-to-day:


Office Management (~70% of your time):

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure the office is always clean, organized, and fully stocked.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders to avoid running out of essential items like printer ink.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing communications: emails, phone calls, mail, and packages.
  • Manage the flow of documents to ensure nothing gets lost or overlooked.
  • Coordinate office equipment maintenance and upgrades.
  • Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and external partners.
  • Organize meetings, from formal business gatherings to more relaxed team events.
  • Track and manage office expenses to stay within the allocated budget.


Youll also be part of the People Team, supporting initiatives such as:

  • Organizing company and team events.
  • Coordinating employee initiatives, like onboarding new hires.


Executive Support (~30% of your time):

  • Assist the Managing Director with scheduling meetings and managing their calendar to ensure no detail is missed.
  • Coordinate business trips and travel arrangements.


This role is perfect for you if:


  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role have prepared you to handle the listed responsibilities with confidence.
  • Organization is your second nature, and tackling new challenges is something you excel at.
  • Prioritizing tasks and collaborating with different teams in a dynamic environment comes naturally.
  • Confidentiality is something you fully respect when handling sensitive information.
  • Fluency in Polish and strong English skills (B2 level or higher) are part of your skillset.
  • MS Office is a familiar tool, and working with budgets feels effortless.
  • Working from the office 4 days a week, with Fridays spent remotely, sounds like an ideal arrangement.
