What we expect

  • proven experience as an Office and HR Administrator or in other HR-related roles
  • very good English and German (both written and spoken) are required

Your tasks

  • managing office supplies, including ordering stationery and groceries
  • welcoming visitors and serving as the primary contact in the office
  • coordinating with building management, cleaners, tradespeople, and contractors to address maintenance or issues promptly
  • overseeing office maintenance tasks, including lighting, plumbing, and other facilities.
  • reviewing supplier contracts regularly to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • managing parking allocations in line with lease agreements
  • maintaining cleanliness and organization in common areas, meeting rooms, and shared spaces
  • ordering business cards and managing related administrative tasks
  • organizing appointments, conferences, and meetings, including room management
  • acting as the first point of contact for local HR inquiries
  • supporting onboarding by processing new hire paperwork and assisting with communications
  • assisting with offboarding processes and employee benefits programs
  • ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety standards
  • providing support for recruitment processes
  • organizing worldwide training sessions for various entities.
