The Role
Were seeking smart, driven software engineers to join our Clients growing, ambitious team. As a Backend Software Engineer, youll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our platform.
Work on our microservices architecture, handling both legacy systems and greenfield projects
Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance backend services
Optimize and maintain existing systems while building new features
Take a high degree of ownership over the solutions you create, from conception to deployment and maintenance
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying new knowledge to improve our systems
Collaborate closely with the whole product team, including Product Managers, QAs and other Software Engineers to create the best experience for our users
requirements-expected :
A proven track record in software engineering, demonstrating consistent high performance and impactful contributions
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for writing clean, efficient code
Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
Proficiency in system design and the ability to make architectural decisions
Adaptability to work with both legacy codebases and greenfield projects
A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing startup environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts

Salary of 18 000 - 25 000 PLN net
