We are seeking a skilled Datacenter Network Engineer to join Infrastructure subgroup. This role involves planning and delivering infrastructure solutions that meet our architectural and operational standards. You will be responsible for automating processes to increase efficiency, standardize work, and minimize errors. The role requires developing Quality Assurance processes within the Network Delivery Team to ensure that network builds comply with design specifications and industry best practices.
Location: 80% remote/20% Berlin
responsibilities :
Plan, implement, and document network infrastructure according to project scopes.
Develop and implement test plans, scenarios, and scripts to ensure correct environment builds.
Create detailed documentation and operational handover materials.
Contribute to continuous improvement by updating scripts and identifying necessary configuration adjustments.
Work collaboratively across teams to communicate technical requirements and solve issues.
requirements-expected :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in networking within enterprise and data center environments.
Must hold a CCIE or CCNP Enterprise & Datacenter certification.
Proficient in data center network technologies (VLAN, MPLS, VPN) and network protocols (BGP, ISIS, OSPF, IPSec, DNS, IPAM).
Experience with network automation tools such as Ansible and familiarity with software development in Python.
Knowledge of DevOps and system management tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
Fluent in English (C1 level in speaking and writing).
