Currently, for our client, we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Network Architect to join Infrastructure Architecture team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for designing and managing the architecture of our Infrastructure-wide network and security systems. This is a senior-level role requiring a deep understanding of network architecture, particularly in large-scale, private cloud environments.

responsibilities :
Network and Security Architecture: Design and implement the architecture for core data center (DC) and WAN networking, ensuring alignment with the vision of the Lead Infrastructure Architect and other technology architects (compute, storage, software).
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with engineers and architects across multiple domains to provide end-to-end solutions, ensuring solutions are feasible and meet business needs.
Engineering Leadership: Provide Proofs of Concept (POCs) for your solutions, working alongside technical engineers to validate and implement solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess the network environment and work to improve and adapt the architecture to meet evolving requirements.
Lifecycle Management: Ensure your architecture is properly deployed, maintained, and evolved, taking full responsibility for the end-to-end lifecycle from design to implementation.
Automation Integration: Collaborate with IaaS teams to automate the deployment and management of the network infrastructure.
Documentation & Reporting: Document network architecture and design principles clearly and maintain up-to-date reports on the project status, risks, and issues.
requirements-expected :
At least 7 years of experience in network architecture or a related technology field.
Proven expertise in private cloud environments, particularly in designing data center and WAN networking solutions (experience with public cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, and GCP is not relevant).
In-depth knowledge of core DC & WAN networking technologies including VXLAN, FRRouting, MPLS, IS-IS, Segment Routing, and others.
Experience with k8s networking integrations, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and DPU-based networking (e.g., Nvidia).
IXP connectivity expertise, especially BGP.
Strong understanding of Zero Trust networking for both core and customer environments.
Ability to think holistically, ensuring solutions are forward-thinking and fit within the overall strategy of the organization.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
