Technical profile: Strong experience with relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL). 5 years of optimizing performance and scaling data globally. Coding skills with a solid understanding of software environments. Proven success leading projects, testing new technologies, and deploying solutions. Excellent at system architecture and strategic planning. Team player, humble, with great communication and empathy. Nice to have : Experience with NoSQL, Elasticsearch, Cassandra. Offer : Compensation based on the Silicon Valley pay model, including a fixed base salary of 25,000 PLN to 38,000 PLN, bonuses, and company shares.
