Job Description:

MISSION

Collaborate in the optimization of the production efficiency by carrying out the tasks of correction, modification, reparation or adjustment of the injection moulds.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS

1. Check, clean and repair the moulds in postproduction according to the maintenance plan.
2. Collaborate in the definition of breakdown solving actions.
3. Cooperate in the improvement process in collaboration with the Supervisors.
4. Report to the Moulding Manager about the activity, as well as about new deficiencies detected in the moulds, dies, tooling, etc.
5. Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
6. Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Academic background: Professional Training

Languages: Fluent in local languages & Basic Knowledge in English

Experience: 2 years in a similar position

OTHER SPECIFICATIONS

Academic background: University degree

Additional training: Mechanics, basic electricity, lathe, milling machine and solder.

Basic training in health and safety, and environmental management.
