Moderator FMEA (k/m)

Twój zakres obowiązków

• Planning, preparation, moderation and updating of various types of FMEA (product FMEA, process FMEA, logistics FMEA) in IDEAL Automotive group plants.
• Leading and coordinating the international FMEA moderator team.
• Creating standard FMEAs as individual modules that can be put together individually depending on the project.
• Moderation/creation and maintenance of D- FMEAs, P-FMEAs, across departments using the APIS program.
• Gathering and incorporating lessons learned from production/development processes.
• Preparing and creating training materials in the field of FMEA and Lessons Learned.
• Regular reporting to the methodological supervisor (FMEA status and progress).

Nasze wymagania

• Experience in creating FMEA’s
• Experience in moderating FMEA’s
• User experience with a common FMEA software, ideally APIS-IQ FMEA
• Knowledge of quality tools (APQP,PPAP,fault tree, Ishikawa,etc.)
• Self-confident
• Communication skills in German lish (written and spoken), Englisch welcome
• High degree of dedication and motivation
• Very good communication skills, strong problem-solving, analytical and logical skills
• Strong experience in materials (design and Production of acoustically effective molded and lining parts)
• Ability to work in an international team environment, effectively interacting with others
• Strong analytical thinking skills and systematic approach to tasks and problems
• Driving license class B
• Ready for business travelling
