ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

Support regional implementation of Coupa, our indirect purchasing system, and increase the adoption of indirect catalog technology
-
Provide supplier technical support of e-procurement tools used by Cooper Standard
-
Manage supply base with respect to their ability to provide products and services in accordance with the organization’s business requirements, cost parameters, terms and agreements
-
Generate spend reports and provide data analytics in Excel
-
Develop and sustain relationships with key internal and external customers
-
Support the resolution of critical supply chain issues and maintain supplier relationships
WYMAGANIA:
-
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management, business, engineering or related field.

Professional Experience: minimum 1 year
-
Knowledge of Foreign Languages: Fluent English.

Additional Language Skills: French and / or German
-
Technical Skills: Strong with Microsoft Excel,
-
IT Systems Proficiency: SAP will be additional value

Analytical Thinking: strong problem solving and analytical skills to gather and interpret information.

Motivation and Commitment: Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence others
