Qualifications
- Experienced in bookkeeping, especially BI module (Rozliczenia)
- Knowledge of VAT, CIT tax settlement
- Self‑dependent, accurate, analytical skills
- Organized, can work under time pressure
- Proficient in Office, especially Excel spreadsheets
- Willing to share experience and join our team
- Oracle ERP knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities
- Annual and ongoing supervision of sales documents in BI module and prepare JPK_VAT reporting data
- Audit documentation and provide ongoing support to sales units in sales documentation and revenue settlement
- Control store revenue settlements
- Contribute to preparation of tax reporting data
- Control payment settlements in cooperation with card operator
- Expense settlement for employees using Oracle tools
- Settle payments via transfer related to online store transactions
