? Mandatory requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Office Management (preferably in a company with 200+ people).

Project management skills.

• Experience managing office budgets and financial reporting.
• Great communication skills — you can find common ground with anyone.
• Strong organizational abilities — you know how to prioritize and get things done.
• Analytical mindset — you see problems and find smart ways to solve them.
• Flexibility and stress-resistance — you stay calm and fast in dynamic situations.
• English — B1, Polish — B1.
• Confident user of Google Suite, MS Office, Zoom, and basic office tech.

? Nice to have

• Experience in IT.Hands-on experience opening or closing offices.
• Event support background.Familiarity with Jira, Slack, Confluence, HiBob.
