Overview
We are looking for a Budget Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial management and controlling background, with a passion for operational accuracy and strategic insight. This role requires excellent analytical skills, proficiency in financial systems, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure compliance with company budgets and financial plans.
- Review and approve expense requests and manage their submission into 1C.
- Control financial transactions and ensure correct expense allocation.
- Monitor payment processes and coordinate approval workflows.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding payments and budget-related matters.
- Participate in the budgeting process, including updates and forecasting.
- Consolidate financial data and manage large datasets for analysis and reporting.
- Perform ad hoc financial control and analysis tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a finance-related role, ideally in a controlling or financial analysis position.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience with 1C and task management tools such as Asana or similar.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of managerial accounting principles.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and cost allocation methodologies.
- Intermediate level of English or higher (both written and spoken).
- Native Ukrainian is required
