We’re looking for an Account Manager in Poland - a key role focused on client success and campaign performance in the programmatic AdTech space.
Requirements
- 2+ years in Account Management, Programmatic Advertising, or Media Partnerships
- Solid understanding of programmatic media buying (RTB, DSPs, SSPs, API integrations)
- Experience with platforms like DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, Adform, PubMatic, etc.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data
- Clear and confident communication skills in English
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with advertisers and partners
- Own day-to-day client communication (email, calls, reporting)
- Identify upsell opportunities and drive account success
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze trends, and identify improvement areas
- Deliver actionable insights to clients and internal teams
- Work closely with the Product Solutions Team Lead and tech teams to resolve issues and optimize results
