This role involves managing identity and access for thousands of users across multiple Azure tenants and on-premise Active Directory environments. You will play a critical part in ensuring the security and optimization of our systems, including SSO solutions, Entra ID Connect synchronization, and related security protocols. Responsibilities: Lead projects to modernize, optimize, and secure our Entra ID Active Directory, ensuring design decisions align with best practices and business needs. Oversee daily operations and maintenance of Entra ID across different tenants, including Entra ID Connect and ADFS systems. Engage in compliance-focused tasks, with a focus on processes and documentation. Collaborate closely with internal and external customers, sharing knowledge and expertise. Requirements: 7 years of experience with Microsoft Azure-based solutions. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Identity & Access Management (IAM). Strong architectural skills, with the ability to design, implement, and document solutions. Expertise in security, with a passion for staying updated on best practices. Experience with SSO solutions and PowerShell scripting. Structured, organized approach to work, with a broad overview of complex systems. Fluent English (written and spoken). Nice-to-Have Skills : Familiarity with on-premise Active Directory. Experience with the M365 suite (Teams, Exchange Online, Office, etc.). Experience working with Jira.
