We are looking for an experienced MEP Leader to establish and oversee the MEP systems processes and teams working on international projects. This role is responsible for developing the team, defining standards, and ensuring high-quality MEP delivery across mission‑critical infrastructure and commercial construction projects. The position combines strategic leadership, operational management, and hands‑on technical coordination.

Key requirements

  • 5+years of experience in MEP Engineering, MEP Coordination, or Construction Management;
  • Provenexperience leading MEP teams or supervising multidisciplinary engineering teams;
  • Strong understanding of mission‑critical infrastructure systems (HVAC, electrical, cooling, fire protection), or readiness to upskill quickly;
  • Experience in developing and implementing operational standards and workflows;
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Project Management, Design, and Coordination teams;
  • Experience working with subcontractors, clients, and external technical stakeholders;
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
  • Knowledge of BIM tools and BIM‑based workflows.

Nice to have

  • Experience working on Data Center projects.

What you will be working on

  • Build and lead the MEP team, including participation in recruitment, onboarding, development, and performance management;
  • Develop, standardize, and continuously improve MEP workflows, documentation, and project practices;
  • Ensure MEP deliverables meet project schedules, quality standards, and client requirements;
  • Establish close collaboration with Project Managers, designers, VDC specialists, and production teams;
  • Provide technical leadership and support on complex engineering challenges;
  • Contribute to project planning, resource allocation, and risk management from an MEP perspective;
  • Monitor project performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements;
  • Act as the primary internal and external point of contact for all MEP‑related matters.
