Job Overview

Product Design Studio Competence Center is looking for a Mechanical Test Lead to join our team and perform tasks for a client in the dairy industry. The position is based on a hybrid model: 3 days a week in the Wroclaw office.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for testing prototype solutions (milking, feeding, cooling, etc.), mainly for mechanical parameters
• Preparing and conducting tests of components such as valves, actuators or sensors
• Creating test documentation: test cases, test runs, test plans, test specifications and test reports
• Determine test strategy: which test cases/series are needed, in what order
• Support and troubleshoot field installations
• Analysis of problems detected during verification

Requirements

• Work experience in a similar position
• University degree in mechanical or mechatronics engineering
• Practical knowledge of mechanical testing in an R&D environment
• Knowledge of various types of valves, sensors and actuators
• Knowledge of products consisting of PLC control systems and familiarity with LabVIEW visual programming language is welcome
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Residence in Poland required
• Open to working hybrid from the client’s office in Wroclaw (3 days a week)
