Serve as the primary point of contact for relevant client communications, ensuring clear and consistent updates.
Coordinate closely with contractors to ensure all services are seamlessly integrated and aligned with project goals.
Develop and maintain comprehensive method statements and risk assessments for all construction activities.
Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all mechanical system deliverables within project scope, adhering to strict safety criteria.
Collaborate with the project team to effectively sequence the installation of pipework, meeting scheduled deadlines.
Assess and manage the project commercially, validating the project upon handover from estimating and managing full technical procurement of all equipment, specialist sub-contractors, and suppliers.
Assist with the meticulous documentation and costing of any changes to the work scopes, and support the preparation of monthly valuations and the final account.
Skills & Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years- experience in a mechanical engineering capacity is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
A thorough knowledge of mechanical systems, particularly those pertaining to data centre environments, is required.
Proven ability to maintain positive and productive working relationships with other contractors whilst working on sites.
