We are looking for a Master Data Specialist. Location: Wrocław | Work Mode: Hybrid The primary role of this position is to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of the organisation’s master data. This role involves processing data change tickets, data governance support, quality management, integration, and support to maintain a single source of truth for critical business data. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, process mapping, process design and project management.
Key responsibilities include: - Master Data Processing: Receive, validate & process structured data requests (vendor, customer, material) for completeness and compliance with internal rules.
- Standardisation: Drive the standardisation of master data processes across the organisation to ensure uniformity and compliance with internal and external standards.
- Transition: Execute the transition of master data processes from local units to the shared service centre, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Data Governance: Support enforcement of data governance policies and procedures to maintain high data quality standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of master data processes.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on master data management best practices and tools.
Key Skills: - English min. B2
- Bachelors degree
- Experience with SAP ERP and SAP MDG or other related master data management tools is a must.
- Experience processing data tickets relating to customer, vendor, materials.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
