• building prospect interest in the products and services offered by Companys Software through web, social media, e-mail, phone calls and chat interaction,
• enriching and profiling our databases to identify new interest,
• and/or digitally assessing initial qualification and research of all inbound inquiries,
• systematically following up assigned qualified leads in our CRM collaborating with other demand development representatives, direct sales, partners or internal partner representatives,
• sending appropriate follow-up materials (video, whitepapers, literature) and documenting all activities in the CRM system,
• working with sales to develop opportunities (but without closing sales),
• working on assignments that are routine in nature and require limited judgment,
• working under moderate supervision and usually receiving detailed instructions on all work.

• fluency in French,
• good English skills for internal communication, any other European language – nice to have,
• profound analytical and planning skills,
• strong collaboration and influencing skills,
• coordination and problem-solving skills across multiple markets/factories and multiple issues,
• good numerical skills.
