Marketing Material Review Specialist

For our international client from the financial sector area in Warsaw, we are looking for candidates with experience in compliance department who want to join a dynamically developing company and an international team.

• Compliance Review: Analyze and review marketing materials to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in applicable jurisdictions (e.g., MiFID, SFDR, CBDF).
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with legal, compliance, and marketing teams globally to ensure marketing materials adhere to both business needs and regulatory obligations.
• Operational Oversight: Develop and maintain approval procedures for marketing materials, ensuring proper record-keeping and documentation of controls.
• Training and Guidance: Identify training needs and deliver guidance to marketing and business teams, in collaboration with the Compliance department.
• Project Advisory: Provide compliance expertise on strategic business projects.
• Documentation Management: Ensure efficient and transparent record-keeping processes for all materials reviewed.
• Control Formalization: Establish and document control procedures to maintain high compliance standards.
