We deliver leading SaaS technology and marketing services to give hoteliers the tools to increase revenue performance, bookings and efficiency, and provide their consumers the best services and experiences.


We are actively seeking a dynamic and creative marketer to join our team and collaborate closely with Business Development Managers to explore entirely new markets, unlocking opportunities for the continued growth of Profitroom. As a key player in this role, you will leverage your marketing expertise to drive expansion efforts and establish a strong presence in untapped regions.


This role is perfect for an ambitious Marketing Coordinator looking for the next step in their career. Offering global experience and the opportunity to work across the hospitality and tech markets.


What will you do?

  • Develop targeted marketing campaigns aligned with account-based marketing principles to nurture and warm potential clients.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Lead and manage lead generation campaigns to fuel the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility and recognition
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand market reach and influence
  • Organize and coordinate impactful marketing events, ensuring maximum engagement and exposure
  • Craft compelling press releases tailored to specific markets, amplifying our brand presence
  • Provide support to the sales team through targeted marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Regularly communicate with the sales team to gather insights and feedback, refining marketing approaches based on real-time market dynamics
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry influencers
  • Play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between marketing and sales, fostering a seamless and collaborative approach to lead generation and conversion.
  • Implement and manage targeted email campaigns, webinars, and other initiatives to keep potential clients informed and engaged throughout the buying journey.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing activities


Requirements

Key requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on market expansion and customer acquisition.
  • Proficiency in navigating various markets and establishing them from the very beginning.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with Business Development Managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies tailored to new markets.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving business growth objectives.
  • Availability for business trips approximately 5 times a year to various destinations.
  • Proficiency in English at the C1 level or as a native speaker.
