The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in driving Fortrea’s marketing success by ensuring the seamless execution of strategic initiatives. By managing budgets, coordinating vendors, and overseeing project timelines, this position helps deliver high‑quality campaigns that strengthen Fortrea’s brand presence and support business growth.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing programs, including email campaigns, events, social media, content marketing, and Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.
- Create and manage purchase orders and support budget tracking for marketing activities.
- Track and support the execution of media plans in collaboration with campaign managers.
- Develop and maintain project management plans, monitor progress, and report on key metrics for marketing initiatives.
- Manage marketing budgets, review processes, and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
- Oversee vendor relationships, including onboarding, contract management, and performance tracking.
- Apply strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills to ensure project success.
- Coordinate marketing events as needed, including proactive communication with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Communicate effectively through presentations and storytelling to convey project updates and outcomes.
- Prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a marketing‑related role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent formal academic qualification (Fortrea may consider relevant experience in lieu of educational requirements).
- Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience in traffic coordination within an advertising agency or equivalent environment.
- Hands‑on experience with paid media planning and execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong copywriting and proofreading abilities.
- Solid understanding of marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social media, digital, and email marketing.
- Self‑starter with the ability to independently drive projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret metrics and generate actionable reports.
- Proficient in the English language, written and verbally.

- Work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment.
- Occasional drives to site locations with occasional travel both domestic and international.

- Frequently stationary for 6–8 hours per day.
- Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists.
- Occasional crouching, stooping, with frequent bending and twisting of upper body and neck.
- Ability to access and use a variety of computer software developed both in‑house and off‑the‑shelf.
- Light to moderate lifting and carrying of objects, including luggage and laptop computer, with a maximum lift of 15–20 lbs.
