Who are we looking for?
Someone who:
has at least 5 years of experience in marketing automation
is an A-player in self-management and delivery
is proactive, ambitious, and growth-oriented
is confident in communication with clients
is organized, reliable, and results-driven
loves to learn new tools and technologies
speaks both Polish and English fluently
can think strategically while staying hands-on with operations
Required skills & experience
knowledge of at least 2 MA tools (Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, User.com , Synerise, etc.)
experience in tool integrations (API basics, webhooks, JS understanding, reading documentation)
ability to create end-to-end campaigns : goals, segments, briefs, execution
ability to analyze data and produce actionable recommendations
strong experience with e-commerce brands (preferably DTC)
experience running workshops with clients
good command of project management tools (extra points for ClickUp)
What will you be doing?
20–30% – Team leadership & retention ownership
building retention processes and loyalty frameworks
managing MA specialists and supporting their development
co-creating and supervising affiliate program initiatives
recruiting new team members
owning customer retention and repeat-purchase processes
70–80% – Senior Marketing Automation Specialist
leading key MA projects for our most important clients
designing and implementing advanced automation flows
working with customer lifecycle, segmentation, and data
co-creating retention and lifecycle strategies
