Your Role
We are looking for a motivated QA engineer to become an integral part of our new development team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our telecommunications software solutions through comprehensive testing strategies. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and passion for delivering flawless products. Youll work closely with developers to identify issues early, design test cases, and help build world‑class telecom systems that meet the highest industry standards.
Your Tasks
- Conduct system‑level testing to validate software functionality, performance, and compatibility in varied environments.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure thorough coverage of system requirements and features.
- Perform release verification using both automated and manual testing techniques to confirm product readiness.
- Identify, log, and track defects, collaborating with developers for swift resolution.
- Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and industry benchmarks.
- Analyze and report test outcomes, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Your Profile
- Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JMeter) and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of system architecture, debugging, and performance assessment methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Ability to design, document, and execute test cases and checklists based on requirements and specifications.
- Basic knowledge of defect reporting and tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
- Familiarity with different testing types including Functional, Regression, Smoke, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Familiarity with SQL and ability to perform simple queries for data validation.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
