• We are looking for a Manual IT Tester to join the team of a leading Scandinavian bank and play a key role in IT transformation.

• Work in a Scrum team with testers, developers, and business analysts
• Follow the Master Test Plan and Test Process while seeking improvements
• Risk analysis and test planning
• Analyze requirements and user stories, participate in refinement and estimation
• Create, review, maintain, and execute test cases
• Report and track defects, ensuring their resolution
• Prepare test data for system and integration tests
• Provide status updates, test reports, and release approvals

• Knowledge of ISTQB Foundation Level
• Practical understanding of test levels, test types, and test design techniques
• Manual testing: UI (web applications), API, Kafka, BDD
• SQL knowledge
• Test data preparation
• Test planning (qTest or similar tools)
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and qTest (or equivalent tools)
• Experience in Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum)

• Work model: Hybrid (1 day per week in the office)
• Location: Warsaw, Gdańsk, Gdynia, Łódź
• Rate: 60–80 PLN/h (B2B)
