Develop and implement strategies for specialist, expert and managerial recruitment for business roles at the group level (commerce, marketing, corporate functions etc.)

Collaborate with Business Unit leadership to ensure recruitment strategy implementation and operational excellence.

Work with Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and HR Business Partner teams to understand recruitment processes and use data to improve them.

Lead and manage a team of mid - to senior -level Talent Acquisition professionals.

Manage relationships with external vendors, including finding, negotiating, and signing deals, as well as overseeing contract execution and commercial aspects.

Analyze data to establish key performance metrics and use insights to influence stakeholders in the recruitment cycle.

Collaborate with the Employer Branding team to create value offers for specific target groups.

Work closely with other HR teams to support Allegros future business growth.

• Proven leader with at least 5 years of experience in managing the recruitment team
• Ability to lead and develop a team based on data and metrics in a fast-paced, matrix environment
• Easiness at establishing rapport with multiple external vendors from various geographies
• Strong strategic thinking capability

• Fluent in Polish and English
