Overview

Manager Global Talent Sourcing at PMI leads a world‑class global sourcing team, supporting hiring for Manager to Director level roles on‑demand. The role aligns closely with Regional and Global Talent Acquisition strategies, championing talent quality, candidate experience, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead delivery of global talent sourcing strategy in alignment with the Regional and Global Talent Acquisition strategies.
  • see demand and capacity for sourcing from markets and central functions (Manager to Director level).
  • Contribute to the Global GTAD strategy, supporting hiring and reducing agency reliance where possible.
  • Establish global standards and frameworks for source and engage talent, using technology to provide insights and promote data‑driven hiring decisions.
  • Ensure adherence to global “ways of working”, monitor performance against KPIs, and collaborate with Recruitment Marketing to deliver a joined‑up candidate experience.
  • Identify, prioritize, and implement continuous improvement opportunities in partnership with TA Global Process Owner to enhance talent quality, experience, and TA infrastructure efficiency.
  • Act as single point of contact for TA Managers for all sourcing support, partnering with Regional TA Leadership to deliver tailored initiatives.
  • Lead a team of 8 senior sourcing specialists and RPO resources, driving employee engagement, coaching, and delivering on HC and cost‑optimization targets.
  • Maintain compliance with TA control areas and ensure 100% control compliance.
  • Monitor and manage agency and RPO usage to achieve capacity and cost efficiency goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of solid experience in a multinational environment, working within or closely with TA or P&C.
  • Experience managing remote and geographically distributed teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; ability to collaborate across multiple geographies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and analytics to drive change, performance, and problem solving.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with candidate marketing, employer branding, and transformation/change management is an advantage.
