We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead the Translation Platform engineering team, driving large-scale, high-quality translations to support Allegros international expansion. Collaborating with Language and Machine Learning experts, you will work to continuously enhance translation processes, delivering business value for Allegros international operations.
responsibilities :
Own end-to-end development of the translation platform, including new features and integrations.
Ensure high-quality, high-volume, and on-time delivery of translations across multiple markets and languages.
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize translation workflows and platform performance.
Allocate team resources efficiently based on priorities and ROI.
Lead the team in an agile environment, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Facilitate close cooperation with cross-functional teams.
Actively shape the product and its development roadmap in partnership with the Product Manager.
Support team members growth by addressing individual preferences and needs, fostering mastery, autonomy, and alignment with organizational goals.

Write code in Kotlin/TypeScript/Java or different high-level programming language
Are seasoned experts in software development and system architecture
