Are you passionate about shaping the future of translation and leveraging cutting-edge AI innovations? We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead the Translation Platform engineering team, driving large-scale, high-quality translations to support Allegros international expansion. Collaborating with Language and Machine Learning experts, you will work to continuously enhance translation processes, delivering business value for Allegros international operations.

• Own end-to-end development of the translation platform, including new features and integrations.
• Ensure high-quality, high-volume, and on-time delivery of translations across multiple markets and languages.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize translation workflows and platform performance.
• Allocate team resources efficiently based on priorities and ROI.
• Lead the team in an agile environment, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate close cooperation with cross-functional teams.
• Actively shape the product and its development roadmap in partnership with the Product Manager.
• Support team members growth by addressing individual preferences and needs, fostering mastery, autonomy, and alignment with organizational goals.
