As Management Team Assistant, you will ensure smooth daily operations and provide professional, reliable support to management and the team in all organizational and administrative matters. You will work in an international environment that requires high service orientation, discretion, and the ability to work independently across stakeholders and functions.

How you will get the job done

  • managing calendars, correspondence, office and meeting room bookings, including smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • supporting meetings and events – setting up, organizing, and preparing meetings in an international context across time zones, including agenda management, documentation, and following-up
  • planning and booking international travel, monitoring itineraries, and processing expense reports
  • supporting in the preparation of presentations and reports, maintaining intranet/team sites, and conducting research to support decision-making
  • handling sensitive information with discretion and providing reliable support for ongoing projects and ad-hoc assignments

Skills and experience you will need

  • fluency in English and Polish
  • completed commercial or administrative education, university degree is an advantage
  • at least 2–4 years of experience in a similar Team Assistant or executive support role
  • proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • excellent organizational and time management skills; proactive and service-oriented mindset
  • strong communication skills and ability to interact across seniority levels

  • German and/or other languages
