Job Description

In this interim assignment, you will lead the people-related aspects of mergers and acquisitions, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across organisations. You will play a key role in due diligence, integration planning, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation across countries, with a particular focus on Eastern Europe.

  • Lead HR initiatives during mergers and acquisitions to ensure seamless integration processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Conduct due diligence to assess HR-related risks and opportunities in potential acquisitions.
  • Develop and implement change management plans to support employees during organisational transitions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the M&A process.
  • Assist in workforce planning, including restructuring and talent retention strategies.
  • Support the communication strategy to ensure clear and consistent messaging to employees.
  • Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and HR policies during the integration phase.
