Your responsibilities will include operational continuity through effective maintenance solutions, compliance with contractual agreements, and health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, schedule, and control annual building services maintenance
2. Process and present maintenance KPIs monthly
3. Coordinate repair, refurbishment, and build-out projects

Requirements:

1. Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
2. Several years of experience in leading technical/maintenance teams within automated warehousing or similar
3. Profound technical expertise
4. Fluent in Polish language
