Job Description - Maintenance Planner (MER0003HAB)

Description:

1. As a Documentation and Spare part Planner, you will be working directly across multiple maintenance teams to configure, deploy, test, and support supplier-written documentation across our global environments and regimentations based on ECM standards Integra wave 7.
2. You are responsible for the buy-off pre-checks and the handover to the operative maintenance organization.
3. Preparing the specifications and managing the received new or changed versions based on the requested status of the buy-off step.
4. You will coordinate all checks of quantities and quality during the handover process.
5. Working directly with various technologies to diagnose documentation issues across your running services.
6. Development and creation of service PMs based on the technology and line builder description in SAP.
7. Incorporation of TPM system and definition of interfaces between Maintenance and other internal parties.
8. Communicating with on-premise support regarding changes to services and providing training on new features when required.
9. Creating and maintaining training material and documentation for the services which you are deploying and are the owner.
10. Reporting new bugs/issues back to the responsible parties when the problem cannot be solved directly.
11. Technical coordination between Line-builders/Engineering and on-site support (Production/Maintenance) for open issues until they are resolved. Spare part release.

Qualifications:

1. Higher technical education: MSc or Bachelor (preferably Electronic, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering).
2. Several years of experience in a similar position.
3. Knowledge of maintenance processes and planning.
4. Knowledge of the automotive environment including experience with Automation, Robots, PLC, and Computer control systems.
5. Very good organization of working time, commitment, diligence, reliability.
6. Responsibility and the ability to solve problems independently.
7. Driving license B.
8. Knowledge of German/English enabling easy communication.
9. Ability to work in a team.
10. Readiness to travel abroad.
