• We’re looking for a talented and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join NOVOMATIC Technologies Poland. You’ll be responsible for developing and deploying innovative AI-powered solutions that drive business growth.

• Developing, training and implementing advanced machine learning models
• Creating and optimizing machine learning solutions, from data acquisition to model implementation
• Processing and managing large datasets
• Collaborating with other teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions

• 3+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer
• Strong Software Engineering skills, with experience working with various programming languages and a good grasp of at least one language, ideally Python (5+ years)
• Experience developing software products that have been successfully deployed to production
• A strong understanding of AI/ML techniques and frameworks
• Knowledge of MLOps best practices, including building ML pipelines and deploying applications to production
• Knowledge of LLM Evaluation - knowledge and experience in evaluating large language models for alignment, safety, and applicability
• Knowledge of LLM RAG - how to provide data structure, vectorized DB, hallucination recognition, confidence scoring
• Comfortable working with large-scale data (batch and streaming) and a solid grasp of data structures, databases, and storage technologies
• Passion for hands-on coding and applying software engineering practices to machine learning projects
• Enjoy working in an agile environment, collaborating with teams, and utilizing data-driven development and experimentation
