We are excited to announce an opportunity for a seasoned MA&D Finance Role to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will provide strategic financial guidance and support for their Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestments (MA&D) portfolio. You will be responsible for overseeing project finances, identifying and resolving discrepancies, generating financial reports, and maintaining a comprehensive cost recharge model to ensure precise allocation and forecasting of financial resources across various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee MA&D Cost Centres using SAP data.
- Identify and correct financial discrepancies.
- Prepare recharge entries for accurate cost distribution.
- Develop and maintain a cost recharge model.
- Create forecasts to identify potential cost variances.
- Generate financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Support internal and external audit processes for project finances.
Skills and Experience:
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in SAP, advanced Excel skills, and financial modelling.
- Proven experience in project accounting, preferably within a pharmaceutical or global corporate environment.
- Practical experience managing cost recharge models and preparing forecasts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate financial discrepancies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
