responsibilities :

• Oversee and maintain enterprise-level M365 and O365 environments, ensuring consistent operations and swift issue resolution.
• Handle incidents and service requests related to O365 and MS Office products using ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Remedy.
• Execute migrations and upgrades within the O365 suite, ensuring minimal disruption to end-users.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain the stability and performance of M365 services.
• Regularly communicate updates and generate reports on the status of operations and incidents.

• At least 2 years of experience in managing M365/O365 operations
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise M365 and O365 environments.
• Proven operational experience in managing incidents, migrations, and providing support for O365, MS Office products, and MS Teams.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
• Proficiency in the German and English language is required
