In this role, you will be focusing to provide fulfillment support for strategic important Premium High Rise and reference large projects in close cooperation with the respective KG. The involvement is valid for the different stages of the project execution and should ensure that a project is executed according to Schindler standards and at the same time know-how transfer to the KG takes place in order to increase the KG human capital readiness.
Main tasks / Key responsibilities:
- Fulfilment planning for PM & installation resources and ensuring highest level of competitiveness after project handover from sales department. This includes tool management
- Active role in project execution including coaching and supporting KG fulfilment organization at the job site as required
- Overseeing the progress of the projects and provide feedback to KG fulfillment team for continuous improvement
- Support necessary troubleshooting by analyzing the situation and technical status and actively assist KG in solving the problem ensuring customer satisfaction. Continuous follow-up in involved cases.
- Organize and support training for Installation Master Trainer and S7000 NI Supervisor. This includes: Candidate and project selection as well as tracking of the training progress
- On-Site technical support and training as required. Ensure that product change information are distributed to KGs and subcontractors
- Provide project specific ClimbLift support in execution planning phase as well as during the installation
- LP fulfilment execution: Control operations and perform benchmarking via TREX Business health checks and implementation of improvements
