Workplace: Łódź
Daily tasks:
- Be available for customers by phone/mail/chat
- Order management: registration, requirement and feasibility checks, communication to customers
- Open order management: link with internal departments as QA, Supply Chain, Product Management and Manufacturing to fulfill customer requirements
- Proactive communication with customers on any changes for order fulfillment
- Receive and process complaints
- Support activities and campaigns
- Provide customers with information regarding products, services, prices and delivery times
- Handle reservations and contracts
- Responsibility for invoicing activities
- Order & shipment tracking
Requirements:
- Very good English and Spanish (min. B2)
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Experience on similar position will be huge advantage
- Must be customer-focused
- Possesses organization and time management skills
- Practices attentive and active listening
