Logistics & Warehouse Manager

Your responsibilities

• Develop and implement logistics strategies and policies to optimize transportation, distribution, and delivery operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Supervision of the customs, tax, and suspension of excise duty procedures.
• Supervision of the registration of excise goods movements and movements from SENT in the PUESC system.
• Control of the amount of used customs and excise guarantees.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfilment.
• Develop inventory management strategies and systems to optimize stock levels and minimize holding costs.
• Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align inventory levels with customer demand and production requirements.
• Collaborate with procurement and sourcing teams to negotiate favourable terms and conditions with suppliers.
• Supervise and lead a team of logistics and warehouse personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.

Our requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics and warehouse management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Experience in the area of customs clearance and excise duty.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and warehousing principles, practices, and regulations.
• Familiarity with inventory management techniques, including inventory control and cycle counting.
• Knowledge of industry regulations (eg. customs, excise, ADR) and compliance requirements.
• Advanced level of verbal and written English (C1).
• Familiarity with MS Office suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
